Upon hearing you sneeze
our goose honks
As if recognizing
a kindred spirit
He steps with his orange
webbed feet in a waddle
Leaving paddle tracks
through muddy pathways
His feathers really waterproof
so rain just means extra clean
And he does like to leave
his deposits by the front door
I don't know why!
Sigh....our beloved pet goose Roman recently passed at the age of 29...he got to know a lot about our family and every single pet that has lived with us.
